Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Organization (Central) 5/2026 Central Executive Committee Meeting Convened

The 5/2026 Central Executive Committee Meeting of the Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Organization (Central) was held on May 23, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Central Meeting Hall.
At the meeting, Central Chairman U Wunna delivered the opening remarks.
At the outset, the Chairman presented and explained, through a projector presentation, documentary photographs highlighting the activities and accomplishments of the Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Organization during May 2026. Participants subsequently raised questions and sought clarifications on matters of interest. Responsible officials from the respective committees and supporting functional groups then presented updates on their ongoing activities and completed tasks.

The meeting was attended by Central Chairman U Wunna; Vice Chairmen U Kyaw Zin Latt (Hindu) and Dr. Too Too (Christian); General Secretary U Thant Zin Hlaing; Secretaries (1) U Zaw Moe Aung (Buddhist), U Saw John (Christian), and U Khin Maung Zaw (Islam); Secretary of the Fundraising Committee U Han Win Aung; Secretary of the Organizational Affairs Committee U Kyaw Myint Oo; Chairpersons of the Supporting Functional Groups, including Daw Khin Mya Thwe (Women’s Affairs), U Soe Moe (Social Affairs), and Dr. Myo Win (Legal Affairs); Treasurer U Myint San; Auditor U Hla Kyaw; Secretary for Planning and Project Management U Hla Kyu; and Central Executive Committee members.
Following the presentations, the Central Chairman responded to questions raised by officials and attendees, provided necessary clarifications, and gave additional guidance on matters requiring further attention.
The meeting concluded successfully.
